Youth, Schools & Higher Education
Safe entry points, campus partnerships, and structured access so the next generation can discover, learn, and belong.
Breybourne Foundation, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to expanding public access to cricket and compatible community sport through charitable infrastructure, education, and disciplined stewardship. We exist to make sport available, affordable, and welcoming—for boys and girls, adults, students and families, beginners and lifelong participants.
A National Public Charity Advancing Access in Sport.
Built for scale. Built for longevity. Built for public benefit.
Communities grow stronger when sport is easy to enter and safe to sustain. We advance access through charitable facilities, education, and inclusion—so cricket and compatible community sport can belong to more people, in more places, for the long term.
We support, develop, and steward charitable community sports infrastructure and educational access initiatives. We do not function as a league, a sanctioning body, or a regulator of the sport. Certain facilities and programs may be administered by designated operators under written agreements aligned with the Foundation’s charitable mission.
The Foundation is designed to advance access through mission-aligned local, regional, and institutional partnerships—beginning with Chicago as the Founding Anchor. This is how access scales responsibly: community by community, with long-term public benefit at the center.
Foundation-supported sites are designed to serve youth, schools, higher education, adults, and community groups— with facilities and access windows built for public use. Designated operators may administer mission-aligned programs and events under written agreements that preserve public benefit.
Safe entry points, campus partnerships, and structured access so the next generation can discover, learn, and belong.
Welcoming access for families and adult participants—local, affordable, and built for lifelong participation.
Education that strengthens safety, respect, and long-term participation—so access does not fade after the first season.
Sport changes lives—but only when people can actually access it. We exist to support the places, pathways, and partnerships that make participation real: for youth, for schools, for higher education, for adults, and for the broader public. Built to endure. Built to serve.
Low-barrier entry for first-time participants—youth and adults—designed to be welcoming and repeatable.
Helping institutions adopt cricket with clear structures, safe use, and community-aligned access.
Education that reinforces safety, respect, sportsmanship, and long-term participation.
Public access windows and community-first scheduling—so supported facilities serve the people they were built for.
We support publicly accessible stadiums, community grounds, parks, fields, and training centers for charitable and educational use and long-term public benefit— where cricket can be taught, practiced, and played by youth, schools, higher education institutions, adults, and the broader public.
