By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms govern your use of all online and offline Services we operate. We may update Terms at any time by posting a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You represent you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent), and that your use complies with applicable laws and event regulations.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- No unauthorised access, scraping, data mining, or interference with security, authentication, or rate limits.
- No posting or transmitting of illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
- Comply with official rules, tickets/ground regulations, and the Laws of American Cricket™ for competitions and venues.
All content, marks, and software on the Services are owned or licensed by Breybourne and protected by law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, reverse engineering, or removal of notices is prohibited without written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breybourne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. In all cases, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the Services in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Breybourne and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any Service or your access at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; revised Terms become effective upon posting.

- Code of Conduct. Respectful behavior is required of players, coaches, officials, and supporters. Abuse, discrimination, or unsafe conduct may result in ejection, suspension, or membership sanction. See Code of Conduct.
- Digital Content & Streaming. Use of live feeds, highlights, logos, or statistics is restricted. No commercial use without written permission. See Digital Media Terms.
- Sponsorship & Partner Offers. Brand activations may have additional terms and disclosures. See Partner Terms.
- Adaptive & Unified Participation. Reasonable modifications may be made to enable participation while maintaining safety and integrity. See Adaptive & Unified Policy.
2. Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Breybourne collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information across the Services. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.
- Information you provide: name, contact details, age/DOB, payment data, membership and ticket details, credentials, applications, submissions, survey responses, and communications.
- Automatically collected: device identifiers, IP address, geolocation (if enabled), usage logs, diagnostics, and analytics via cookies/pixels/SDKs.
- From third parties: payment processors, verification services, social platforms (if connected), partners, public sources, and event operators.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services and our venues, memberships, competitions, and events.
- Process payments, orders, registrations, credentials, and support inquiries.
- Send service communications and—if you opt in—marketing, promotions, and partner offers.
- Personalise content, measure performance, and perform analytics and reporting.
- Comply with law, enforce terms, protect safety, integrity, and rights.
- Service providers & contractors (e.g., hosting, payments, ticketing, email/SMS, security) under contract.
- Affiliates & event operators for competitions, access control, and accreditation.
- Sponsors & partners when you opt in or redeem an offer.
- Authorities & legal processes when required by law or to protect safety and rights.
- Corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition) subject to this Policy or successor terms.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, secure sessions, and analyse usage. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not function if cookies are disabled. For targeted advertising controls, use platform settings and the “Do Not Sell/Share” link where applicable.
